Kurokua

For Legends of the Cryptids. This was all sorts of fun. Her story is that she's an evil artist who makes her works out of living people by basically torturing them to death and then turning them into sculptures, frozen in agony.
I'm taking some larger liberties with stylization recently but I've been enjoying it so far. Can't always do realism.
