Ridiculously amazing. I'm wondering, would it be possible for you to show us your "planning stages"? I'm very interested in how you came up with this composition (thumbnails?). It would be great to see how your thought process matched the prompt/assignment.
"Strip the wings, strip the wings, bring the bitches to their knees; Broken hearts, broken minds, all they left is wing-ed lies; Ringing steel, screaming peal, oh no these won't do my dear; Knuckles crack, hempen snap, oh these will do upon my back; Terrored stare, body bare, Oh yes my holy girl I'd dare; Luscious fright, unholy spite, the lying bitches fall tonight!" This bit of drivel popped into my head as I saw this for the second time. Its just... evocative.
Well, it *is* definitely more fun and interesting to have some sort of paper texture background when doing lineart and sketches. I think everyone who ever tried it knows this ^^ It just feels less ... well, empty, I guess. While still being empty. whatamievensaying
