I was really depressed about a year ago, hated the way I looked and never thought I'd get the physique I wanted. But then I decided that wishing it would happen wouldn't mean it would happen, so I got off my ass, took control and fixed up my life. Now I'm doing weight training at least an hour a day, 5 days a week, plus cardio a few days a week. And of course my diet has completely changed and I hardly touch fried and sugary foods, don't even want to.
I love it, and I feel amazing, and I'm now a much happier and optimistic person
Now I just have to trade all my time spent watching TV, and replace it with painting! And after changing my lifestyle this past year, I know anything is possible if I put my mind to it
